Leigh started Op Meta with specific objectives and extensive education and experience to back up his vision of helping athletes perform at their peak. His goal is to provide a premium athlete experience to the general public who are dedicated to training to better themselves in fitness and in life. As an answer to the growth of the functional fitness methodology and the growing awareness of the benefits of strength training for the everyday individual, Leigh strives to help his high-achieving members attain the right mindset and daily practices to optimise their path to success.
